If your equipment is not operating properly or you would like to have a Preventative Maintenance performed, then please call Allied's Service Department.

Allied, staffed with Factory Trained Technicians, have the ability to repair any type of micrographic equipment.  With many years of experience, they are able to quickly analyze most problems over the phone.  This enables them to give a more accurate estimate for repair which can be done on or off-site.

If a service call is requested, a time will be set up that is convenient for you,  and a technician will go to your facility, inspect & repair the equipment.

Billing rates and procedures will be explained prior to the service call.  No Surprises!

Allied Infotech offers Service Contracts on many different types of equipment.  A one year contract will include twoscheduled preventative maintenance calls.  These calls include minor adjustments, performance testing, inspection, staff rebriefing on operation/maintenance and toll free telephone usage for troubleshooting.
