Microfilming - Allied
will pick up your boxes of records and prepare them for microfilming by
removing staples, paper clips, etc. Data entry for master indexing
is available for easy retrieval. All of the microfilming procedures
are done in-house, preserving the confidentiality of your documents.
24 Hour Access to your records-
While
your records are in our possession being filmed, we offer 24 hour retrieval
services via fax or next-day-air.
Quality- After the documents are filmed
and processed, the rolls are sent to our proof department where each and
every frame is inspected. This is just one more step that Allied takes
to assure our customer is getting the best quality product.
Vault
Storage - Your security/duplicate rolls can
be stored in our temperature/climate controlled security vault. This
is a safety measure to ensure that if your film became lost or damaged,
you would still have access to the originals.
Record Destruction - We offer destruction/recycling
of your records 
which
is performed under Allied's supervision. Your records are maintained in
Allied's control through the entire process of destruction to ensure the
documents security and confidentiality.
Paper Prints - Paper prints can be made in-house
from your microfilm or microfiche. With our large inventory of lenses,
we are able to print documents that were filmed from most any magnification.
Film
Processing & Duplication - All film is
processed in our Fuji accredited lab. Silver or diazo dupes can be
made from your original film. Microfiche duplication is also available
from any size of microfiche.
