Another one of this Amazing Imaging Software capabilites is the Annotation feature. This is perfect for placing notes, highlighting specific points of interest or blocking out certain areas of the scanned document. These Annotations NEVER effect or alter the original document. It is a great way to leave information or a future reference for the next viewer.
Retrievals can be done by any one or more of the customized index fields which are determined by the customer. Up to 25 fields can be entered including a Memo field which Retrievals
has the capacity of containing up to 62,000 characters! With the software technological advancements, wild-card searching is an added bonus. Just enter a few characters and retrieve every document in that range. Being more specific in the ranges will retrieve just the record you want to view. At anytime the entire database index can be viewed and sorted in any order you wish.
